Accepting The Terms
All about 8 week lesson pack (You save $75)
1.1) Your lesson pack (8 lessons)
Your 8-lesson pack is meant to be used within 9 working weeks from your first booked lesson. This excludes public holidays and school holidays for school going students.
If the pack isn’t finished in that time, any remaining in-person time is forfeited. I’ll still send you the lesson materials for the missed lessons so you can keep learning at home. In other words, you will get lessons materials for all 8 lessons that you paid for.
1.2) Rescheduling & cancellations
Please give 48+ hours notice to reschedule. Emergencies happen—just message me as soon as you can. No-shows (not arriving and no message) or late notices (under 48h) are charged as a used lesson. You will however get access to all learning materials to practice at home for that lesson.
1.3) Online backup option
Can’t make it in person due to weather (very common in darwin during wet season), travel, feeling under the weather, or life stuff? We’ll do the lesson online at the same time via FaceTime/Zoom/Skype.
2) Running late
Lessons start and finish on time. If you’re late, we’ll teach for the remaining time so the next student isn’t delayed.
3) Lesson duration
All lessons (private, group, and online) are 30 minutes long.
4) If I need to cancel
Very rarely, I might need to reschedule. If that happens, you’ll get a new time or a full credit for that lesson.
5) Group lessons
Groups run with 3 students max.
6) Payments & refunds
Payment for a pack is up-front to confirm your spot.
No refunds once you sign up. If you need to stop/cancel, your unused lessons become gift vouchers that you can give or sell to someone else. (Vouchers will show an expiry in line with local regulations.)
7) Lesson materials & intellectual property
All PDFs, videos, and resources are created by MGW for your personal use. Please don’t share, repost, or distribute lessons or materials. Unauthorised sharing is IP theft and may have legal consequences.
8) Public holidays
No lessons on public holidays, lessons are rescheduled or credited, no penalty to you.
